Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of the MayTech Labs website and our digital products. By using the site or buying a product you agree to them.

Digital products and license

Our Excel tools, including the Multi-Channel Seller Profit & Inventory Dashboard, are sold as downloadable files. A purchase gives you a personal, single-user license for your own or your own business's use.

  • You may not resell, share, redistribute or publish the files, in whole or in part.
  • You may not bundle them with other products or offer them as your own.
  • All rights remain with MayTech Labs.

Payments and refunds

Purchases are processed by Etsy or Payhip, not by us. Refunds and payment disputes follow the policy of the platform where you bought. Because these are instant digital downloads, refunds are generally limited unless that platform's policy provides otherwise.

Software in development

MayPos Shop and MayPos CRS are in development and are not yet available. When released, they will have their own terms.

Custom services

For custom AI, web, automation and design work, scope, deliverables, timelines and confidentiality are set out in a separate written agreement before the project starts.

Disclaimer

Our products and website are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. The Excel tools calculate from the data you enter, so results depend on that data; check important figures yourself and do not treat them as financial, tax or legal advice. Exchange rates and translations are provided for convenience and may contain errors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, MayTech Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, arising from the use of our website or products.
